Marketing and Sales Director

Our company’s short-term plan is to also develop our business into a digital merchandiser, selling products on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, etc. At the same time, sourcing for new product brands to join our company. We aim to build our company to be a famous retailer that specialises in handcrafted jewellery and fashion. In the long term, we plan to bring in other products such as home living products, etc. We aim to connect a variety of brands and products with customers from different corners of the world, making their shopping journey easier and smoother. We are currently in need of a Marketing and Sales Director to join our business, to plan the marketing and sales strategies in detail and to execute the strategies accordingly. We are also expecting the Marketing and Sales Director to build a marketing and sales team, to promote global market business and expand our reach.

Main Duties:

  1. Create sales and marketing strategies;
  2. Responsible for leading a team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company and ensure team achieves the plan;
  3. Daily work to manage business sales, do research and analyse the sales data;
  4. Analyse the best online marketing strategies through product detail page execution, digital merchandising, and brand-specific content to commerce initiatives;
  5. New product research and development, new product development plan and yearly strategies;
  6. Provide support to the company operations.

Skills & QUALIFICATIONS required:

  1. Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, especially e-commerce;
  2. Proven track record in a senior managerial or director role;
  3. Familiar with the jewellery and fashion industry, understand the industry-specific trends, regulations, etc;
  4. Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills;
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate in foreign language would be advantage;
  6. Strong professional network in the marketing and sales community, able to leverage connections for partnerships, collaborations and new business opportunities.

Working Hours :

35 hours weekly (10am to 6pm – excluding one hour break)
